Upgraded from NT7108 a SBN0064G / SBN6400G with full pin compatibility – no hardware redesign required for CAS.
Provided complete initialization code and timing reference to accelerate customer validation.
Custom STN fluid formulation, negative mode (blue background, white characters), 1/48 Duty, 1/7 Bias.
Temperatura de funcionamiento -20℃ ~ +70℃, storage temperature -30℃ ~ +80℃ – ensures stable display in cold storage and outdoor applications.
Dual backlight: 3 pcs 3020 white LEDs per channel, total current IF = 45mA × 2, VF = 3.2V.
Optimized light-guide plate microstructure for highly uniform area illumination.
