The JicTech RT280A4004 is a compact 2.8‑inch TFT LCD module designed for embedded applications that demand a bright display with flexible interface options. Built on a transmissive TFT panel (normally white), it offers 240×RGB×320 pixel resolution (QVGA), 65K colors, and a 6 o’clock optimal viewing direction. The dual interface supports both 18‑bit RGB parallel for high‑speed video and SPI for easy configuration, fitting a wide range of MCUs and processors. With 350 cd/m² typical brightness, 300:1 contrast ratio, and an ultra‑thin 2.7mm profile, this module is ideal for handheld devices, medical equipment, portable terminals, industrial control panels, and consumer electronics.

Packing Method
