1.What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom MONO LCM?

We support flexible MOQ policies. Standard models start from 1,000 pieces, fully customized products start from 3,000 pieces. For R&D phase or sample needs, we can provide small batch support with MOQ as low as 100 pieces.

2.How do you ensure the reliability of industrial-grade MONO LCM in harsh environments?

We ensure product reliability through triple guarantees: 1) Use of industrial-grade raw materials and components; 2) Strict adherence to IATF 16949 automotive quality management system; 3) Each batch undergoes comprehensive testing including temperature cycling (-40℃~90℃), damp heat, vibration, and ESD tests to meet demanding environmental requirements.

3.How long does it take from requirement submission to receiving samples?

Standard custom sample lead time is 3-4 weeks: Week 1 for requirement confirmation and solution design, Week 2 for production, Week 3 for testing and optimization. 4.If our product needs to operate in extremely low (-30℃ and below) or high (85℃ and above) temperature environments, can you provide solutions?

We have developed special solutions for wide temperature applications: 1) Use of wide-temperature liquid crystal materials and conductive adhesives; 2) Optimization of backlight systems and drive circuits; 3) Provision of temperature compensation algorithm support. For volume orders (10K+), we offer tiered pricing and provide cost optimization suggestions in material selection and process optimization.

6.What information is needed for first-time cooperation? How is supply stability ensured after mass production?
