Un \u00e9cran qui fonctionne parfaitement dans un panneau de commande d'usine tombera souvent en panne au bout de quelques mois dans une voiture gar\u00e9e sous le soleil de l'Arizona ou dans un garage du nord de la Scandinavie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le principal facteur de diff\u00e9renciation n'est pas seulement la durabilit\u00e9, c'est aussi la pr\u00e9visibilit\u00e9. Dans le monde des consommateurs, si l'\u00e9cran de votre t\u00e9l\u00e9phone clignote ou s'assombrit de mani\u00e8re inattendue, c'est un d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ment. Dans un v\u00e9hicule, en particulier lorsqu'il s'agit d'afficher la vitesse, les feux d'avertissement ou les images de la cam\u00e9ra de recul, un tel comportement constitue un risque pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Cela dicte l'architecture du contr\u00f4leur et la redondance n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Valider la cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement :<\/strong> N'achetez pas aupr\u00e8s de courtiers. S'adresser directement aux fabricants qui disposent d'une division d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 l'automobile (par ex, <a href=\"https:\/\/jiclcd.com\/fr\/\">Jictech<\/a>, BOE, Tianma, Innolux, LG Display, Japan Display). V\u00e9rifier que leurs lignes de production sont certifi\u00e9es IATF 16949.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prototype d'essai environnemental :<\/strong> Ne sautez jamais le test du \u201cfour et du cong\u00e9lateur\u201d. Il ne s'agit pas de badges facultatifs, mais de billets d'entr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>IATF 16949 :<\/strong> L'\u00e9talon-or des syst\u00e8mes de gestion de la qualit\u00e9 dans la cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement automobile. Elle remplace la norme ISO 9001 en imposant des exigences plus strictes en mati\u00e8re de pr\u00e9vention des d\u00e9fauts et de r\u00e9duction des variations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ISO 26262 :<\/strong> La norme de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fonctionnelle. Les \u00e9crans destin\u00e9s \u00e0 des r\u00f4les critiques en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (comme les clusters) doivent \u00eatre conformes \u00e0 des niveaux ASIL sp\u00e9cifiques (A \u00e0 D). Cette norme couvre tous les aspects, de la conception du mat\u00e9riel au logiciel qui pilote les pixels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>AEC-Q100 \/ Q200 :<\/strong> Bien qu'ils concernent principalement les circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s et les composants passifs, les principes s'\u00e9tendent aux pilotes \u00e9lectroniques du module d'affichage.
