Un \u00e9cran LCD TFT (Thin Film Transistor) n'est pas une pi\u00e8ce de base comme une r\u00e9sistance ; c'est un composant opto\u00e9lectronique complexe qui dicte l'exp\u00e9rience utilisateur de l'ensemble de votre appareil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce guide s'appuie sur des ann\u00e9es d'exp\u00e9rience sur le terrain dans le domaine des IHM industrielles, <a href=\"https:\/\/jiclcd.com\/fr\/consumer-electronics-displays\/\">\u00e9lectronique grand public<\/a>, et <a href=\"https:\/\/jiclcd.com\/fr\/medical-display\/\">m\u00e9dical<\/a> La conception d'un appareil de mesure de l'humidit\u00e9 vous guidera \u00e0 travers la matrice de d\u00e9cision critique. Il offre un bon \u00e9quilibre entre vitesse et nombre de broches, mais n\u00e9cessite une interface FSMC\/FMC d\u00e9di\u00e9e sur le MCU.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) :<\/strong> Id\u00e9al pour les petits \u00e9crans (moins de 2,4 pouces) ou les MCU \u00e0 faible nombre de broches. La contrepartie est le taux de rafra\u00eechissement. Les mises \u00e0 jour en plein \u00e9cran peuvent \u00eatre lentes, entra\u00eenant des d\u00e9chirures visibles ou un d\u00e9calage si vous essayez d'afficher de la vid\u00e9o ou des graphiques en mouvement rapide.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>RGB Parall\u00e8le :<\/strong> N\u00e9cessaire pour les grands \u00e9crans (4,3\u201d et plus) n\u00e9cessitant des taux de rafra\u00eechissement \u00e9lev\u00e9s (60 images par seconde). Il offre une large bande passante avec moins de broches, mais n\u00e9cessite une pile de pilotes complexe et une prise en charge mat\u00e9rielle sp\u00e9cifique dans votre SoC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>LVDS\/eDP :<\/strong> On les trouve g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement dans les grands panneaux industriels (7\u201d \u00e0 15\u201d). Ils n\u00e9cessitent une paire s\u00e9rialiseur\/d\u00e9s\u00e9rialiseur et sont r\u00e9sistants au bruit sur de longues distances de c\u00e2ble.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conseil de pro :<\/strong> V\u00e9rifiez toujours les exigences de synchronisation (H-sync, V-sync, pixel clock) par rapport aux capacit\u00e9s de votre MCU d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de la phase de sch\u00e9matisation. S'agit-il d'un connecteur ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) ou soud\u00e9 ? Le pas des broches (0,5 mm ou 0,4 mm) est important pour vos capacit\u00e9s de mise en page des circuits imprim\u00e9s. Tenez-vous en aux familles \u00e9tablies (par exemple, Ilitek, Sitronix, Himax, Novatek) qui disposent de biblioth\u00e8ques existantes pour les RTOS et les noyaux Linux les plus r\u00e9pandus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Code d'initialisation :<\/strong> Le fournisseur propose-t-il une s\u00e9quence d'initialisation fiable ? Des codes d'initialisation mal document\u00e9s sont l'une des principales causes des probl\u00e8mes d\u201c\u201d\u00e9cran blanc\" pendant le prototypage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Profondeur de la couleur :<\/strong> Le module prend-il en charge le 16 bits (RGB565) ou le 24 bits (RGB888) ? Si votre produit est un contr\u00f4leur industriel qui doit durer 10 ans, vous devez sp\u00e9cifier \u201cLong-Term Support\u201d (LTS) ou des panneaux de qualit\u00e9 industrielle. Des fabricants comme <a href=\"https:\/\/jiclcd.com\/fr\/\">Jictech<\/a>, AUO, Innolux et Sharp proposent des lignes sp\u00e9cifiques garanties pour une dur\u00e9e de production de 5 \u00e0 7 ans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Strat\u00e9gie de la deuxi\u00e8me source :<\/strong> Ne concevez jamais un produit \u00e0 grand volume autour d'un \u00e9cran de source unique, sauf en cas d'absolue n\u00e9cessit\u00e9. Demandez \u00e0 votre distributeur s'il existe une alternative compatible avec le facteur de forme d'un autre fabricant de panneaux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PCN (Product Change Notification) :<\/strong> Comprenez la politique du fournisseur en mati\u00e8re de changements. Vous informera-t-il en cas de changement de fournisseur de LED de r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage ? Un changement dans la r\u00e9partition des LED peut modifier le point blanc de votre \u00e9cran, ce qui entra\u00eene une discordance des couleurs dans les d\u00e9ploiements multi-\u00e9crans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_Cost_vs_Value_Analysis\"><\/span>6.
